The EFFA is committed to providing the highest quality of refereeing possible for all teams in the league. One of the tools utilized is the collecting of feedback from the EFFA membership. This is done using the referee evaluation form that is accessible on this page. When using this form, please provide constructive feedback. Submissions that have inappropriate comments will be disregarded in their entirety.
